How much is shipping?

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental 48 states of the U.S. For orders under $50, or if you require expedited shipping, we partner with UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service to provide you with discounted shipping rates.

The estimated shipping cost will be automatically generated during the checkout process, allowing you to choose the level of service that best meets your needs.

All of our ready-made curtains, furniture slipcovers, and bath rugs are proudly stored and dispatched from the United States. Our main fulfillment operations are based in Southern California, with additional support from a network of logistical partners across the nation.

This extensive use of American labor ensures not only fast delivery but also supports the U.S. workforce, reinforcing our commitment to providing an exceptional shipping experience.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Free Shipping for Order above $50

  • Ready Made Curtains, Furniture Slipcovers, and Bath Rugs

Most orders arrive within 2-7 business days after the order is placed.

  • Custom & Made to Order Items

Our custom and made-to-order products are carefully crafted in our specialized overseas facilities. Expect delivery within 15-28 business days following order confirmation.

For Urgent Shipping:

We offer Express (1-Day Shipping) and Expedited (2-Day Shipping) options for all ready-made curtains, slipcovers, and bath rugs. Urgent shipping charges must be covered by the customer.

Orders for urgent shipping received before 3:00 PM Pacific Time will be dispatched the same day for either 1-day (Express Shipping) or 2-day (Expedited Shipping) delivery. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. For example, an order placed at 3:30 PM Pacific Time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note that urgent shipping does not apply to custom and made-to-order items.


Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We strive to respond to all messages within 48 hours. Note that inquiries received on Fridays may not receive a response until the following Monday, though we often reply sooner.

Returns and Refunds

What’s our return policy?

Not in love with your purchase? No problem! You have a whole 30 days from when you receive your order to decide if you want to break up with your item.

Just make sure it hasn’t been used (we know, it’s tempting), it's in the same condition you received it, tags still on, and all original packaging intact.

Heads up—there’s a $15 flat fee for returns, which covers restocking and your pre-paid shipping label (hey, it’s cheaper than a bad date!). We'll send your label via email within 24 hours.

If you can, try to print your label at home to avoid any printing fees at UPS stores. Once printed, affix your UPS label to the outside of the box, making sure the original shipping label is completely covered (or removed). Drop the package off at any authorized UPS shipping outlet—including UPS drop boxes & UPS stores. Please record the tracking number (the 18-digit number at the bottom of the shipping label) to trace the package.
